First, check if:
- Someone else (e.g., a family member) may have used your card to purchase a subscription
- You signed up for a trial that later converted into a paid plan
- You previously used our service and forgot to cancel an auto-renewing subscription

Please contact our support team at support@socialsensor.app right away. To help us investigate faster, include:
- A screenshot of the charge
- The last four digits of the card used (or specify if it was Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal)
- The date of the transaction
We’ll review the charge, and if it was made in error, we’ll issue a refund where applicable.
